MISSION STATEMENT:

 

The Learning Pod's mission is to create a safe space for in-home live instruction and socio-emotional support that is private, yet affordable.

WHAT ARE LEARNING PODS?

 

A Learning Pod is an intimate educational environment for students of a similar age in your home or a safe space facilitated by one one of our amazing teachers to ensure success.

 

A pod can choose to continue using their schools' virtual or live curriculum and supplement it with enrichment activities to create a holistic learning experience.

 

WHY LEARNING PODS?

 

TLP was created by a New York City educator, administrator, and parent to serve the communities in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. We only hire the most qualified tutors, with a bachelor's degree minimum and thorough background check. We are here to help our students tackle class assignments, prepare for state and local exams, and increase their skill set so they can be successful and feel confident.

WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT AND WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?

We begin with a one hour free diagnostic exam to pinpoint your student's strengths and weaknesses. This complimentary session is performed by one of our Nationally Board certified teachers to ensure accuracy. We go over the results personally and establish goals. Your student will be matched with a professional tutor and all materials and curriculum are personally created to meet your student's specific needs. Most of our students receive tutoring 2 to 3 hours a week. We have an average of 22% improvement in grades and 400 point improvement in SAT Test prep. Results are guaranteed! HEALTH AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

 

Pods will maintain social distancing and other safety precautions and openly communicate about CoVid risks. Temperature checks are performed daily for anyone entering the pod and teachers will test negative for CoVid.
